Subject of Services
Our services consist of organizing and conducting technical courses focused on developing the practical and theoretical skills necessary for the safe use of industrial equipment.
Each training program is structured into modules, and the content is periodically updated to reflect industry standards.
Rights and Obligations of the Participant
The participant is obliged to follow the established schedule, use the equipment according to instructions, and report any technical issues arising during the course.
- The participant benefits from teaching materials and access to the learning platform for the duration of the course.
- The participant undertakes not to disclose the proprietary content of the courses to third parties.
- In case of non-attendance, the participant may reschedule a single session, with prior notice of at least 48 hours.
Provider's Responsibility
The provider undertakes to ensure qualified instructors, functional equipment, and a training environment compliant with occupational safety and health standards.
The provider assumes no liability for accidents caused by the participant's failure to follow instructions or improper use of industrial equipment.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the provider's total liability for direct damages exceed the value of the participation fee paid for the respective course.
- The provider is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
- The provider does not guarantee the achievement of specific results following participation in the courses.
Payment and Cancellation Conditions
The participation fee is paid in full before the start of the course, based on the invoice issued by the provider. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online card.
In case of course cancellation by the provider, the participant receives a full refund of the amount paid within 14 working days.
Modification of Conditions
The provider reserves the right to modify this set of conditions, with prior notification of participants by email, at least 30 days before the effective date.
- Any modification applies only to courses started after the effective date.
- A participant who does not agree with the new conditions may withdraw from the services, receiving a proportional refund of the fee.
Termination of Service Use
The provider may suspend or terminate a participant's access to courses in case of serious or repeated breach of contractual obligations, without refunding the fee.
The participant may request termination of participation at any time, by written notice sent to the email address info@imowforklifts.com.
Final Provisions
This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and in case of disagreement, by the competent courts in Romania.
